Every Visitor who wish to enter to Indonesia Territory were obliged hold VISA
(Immigration Acts Number 09/1992)
SEVERAL KINDS OF VISA
1. DIPLOMATIC/SERVICE VISA
2. TRANSIT VISA
Transit visa wll be issued due to :
Visitors who intend to travel pass by Indonesia Territory to the other next destination; Visitor (Crew) who have to join the vessel/aircraft in Indonesia territory; length of stay: 14 (fourteen) days.
3. VISIT VISA
Visit visa will be issued due to :
Ø Tourist, Social Visit, Busines
§ length of stay: 60 (sixty) days
4. MULTIPLE ENTRY BUSINESS VISA, 12 months validity of entry :
Length of stay: 60 (sixty) days (2 months for each visit)
5. VISA ON ARRIVAL
VOA will be issued due to :
Ø Tourist, Social Visit, Business
§ length of stay: 30 (thirty) days. Issued at airport/sea port in Indonesia during the arrival; restricted countries only;

6. TEMPORARY STAY VISA
Temporary stay visa will be issued due to :
Ø Investment, Work, Study, Missionary
§ Length of stay 1 (one) year.
7. REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA
A.Visa is available for foreigners who are residing in the Philippines
B.Tranist,Tours,Business and Social Culture Visa
1.A passport must be valid for at least six months as from the date of visa inssuance or maybe less
provided that it can be extended at anytime.
2. 2(two copies)of recent photographs of 4 x 6 cm size (Passport size)
3.Invitation letter from business relation or partner/sponsorship in Indonesia
4.Recommendation letter from the company/sponsors
5.Letter of request for applying visa
6.Return tickets
7.Allowance warannty during the stay in Indonesia
C.Multiple entry, Business visa and Temporary stay visa
1.A passport must be valid at least eighteen months as from the date of visa issuance or maybe less
provided that it can be extended at anytime.
2.Personal identity/Curriculum vitae
3.2(two copies)of recent photographs of 4 x 6 cm size (Passport size)
4.Letter of approval from Director General of Immigration from Jakarta via fax
5.Return tickets
6.Allowance warranty during the stay in Indonesia
D.PROCEDURE
1.Submit a signed and fill up the fully completed application form
2.Enclosed the requirements before, then serve the application to the officer/staff in
charge;
3.Visa will be issued within 2 to 3 days normally.
